I bought this book in mid-winter, when I was trying to convince myself that Spring really would come and push the snow away. I found it to be easy to understand and beautifully illustrated. I especially like the pictures for visual aids in putting containers together. The descriptions are helpful for beginning gardeners, in particular. This book is a good value for the money.

Beautiful book with wonderful pictures and many different ideas. However, it doesn’t have a reference list of plants and flowers and how they can be combined with others, which would be helpful as well.
